Returns Policy
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return an item , we are happy to offer a 14 day refund or exchange policy on unwanted and unused goods from the date you receive your print. All prints must be unopened and returned in their original wrapping. Unfortunately we do not pay for returned postage, unless goods are damaged or faulty. We would recommend that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are not responsible for your parcel until it has been received back at our premises. Items lost in transit will not be classed as returned. Once your print/prints have been received we will issue a full refund within 48 hours. Please note this transaction can take up to 3 days after we have processed your refund to appear on your statement.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel an order, you may do so by calling us on 01622 820675 or email within 48 hours of placing your order. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been despatched.
Item Despcription and Images
Please note we cannot guarantee a total colour match from what you see on screen, colours can be slightly darker or lighter, once the print has been produced. Each computer monitor is different! All measurements are exact.When ordering more than one print of the same colour please order at the same time, as we cannot guarantee a complete colour match, if you order at a later date. All our prints are for indoor use only, and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Prints must not be submerged into water. Please note our prints are not toys and are therefore not recommended for children to play with.
Personalised Prints
When ordering a personalised print, we will email you a proof for approval, once approved by you, refunds will only be accepted if the print is faulty or damaged. If you wish to cancel a personalised order please do so within 24 hours.
Import Regulations and Duty
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches its final destination. Deliart is not responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. We would srongly advise that you contact your local customs office for futher information before you place an order.
Delivery
Our standard delivery method is Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. For heavier parcels we will despatch by courier this can take up to 3 working days. Despatch time for our prints is 5 working days, for personalised prints please allow a further 5 working days from proof approval. However due to all our prints being handmade this can take a little longer at busy periods, if you have a specific date that you need your print by please let me know by email when ordering and we will happily try to accomadate your delivery requirements. Please note that we receive a proof of posting for all our deliveries, however once a print has been despatched we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
